  • Day Trip Essentials

    • A backpack for each person to carry clothing changes, water, and food. (We can provide 30L Ski touring backpacks upon request).

    • Waterproof, windproof, and breathable pants and hooded jackets. Gortex or equivalent technology is preferred!

    • Fleece mid-layer and an insulation jacket. Down or synthetic jackets are ideal as they compact significantly when not in use.

    • A beanie, a sun hat, and a helmet.

    • Sunglasses and snow goggles (you won't regret bringing both sets! Wrap-around sunglasses are ideal).

    • A neck buff or scarf.

    • A set of thermal undergarments (not cotton) including top, bottoms, and socks.

    • SPF 50 sunscreen.

    • 1.5L water minimum per person.

    • Simple to eat pre-made snacks and lunch. A good energy-to-weight ratio is ideal!

    • Any necessary medications.

  • We require you to be comfortable down all blue runs to be safe out in the backcountry.

  • Yes you will require a Falls Creek lift ticket as we will use the lifts to access the backcountry.
